Email notifications let you receive feedback alerts straight to your inbox — no third-party tools required. Choose between instant emails for every response or a daily digest summary.
By default, notifications are sent to the project owner's email address.
Open the integration settings and select a delivery mode under Settings → Edit:
Receive an email within seconds of each new feedback submission. Best for low-to-medium traffic sites where every response matters.
Receive a single summary email each morning with all feedback from the previous 24 hours. Best for high-traffic sites to avoid inbox overload.
Add team members by entering their email addresses in the Recipients field. Each recipient receives their own copy of the notification.
Choose whether to notify on positive feedback, negative feedback, or both. Most teams start with negative-only to surface issues quickly.
By default notifications fire for all widgets in the project. To limit to specific widgets, click Edit next to the Widgets section.
Click Send Testat the bottom of the integration panel. A sample notification is sent to all configured recipients immediately. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check:
The email integration above controls project-level notifications for your team. To manage your own personal preferences — like muting specific projects or switching between instant and digest for your inbox — go to Settings → Notificationsin your dashboard. These preferences apply only to your account and don't affect other team members.
