Team collaboration is available on the Starter plan and above. On the Free plan, you'll see the Team page but won't be able to invite members — upgrade from Settings → Billing to unlock it.
Click Team in the left sidebar. The page has three tabs: Members, Invitations, and Activity. The Invitations and Activity tabs are only visible to account owners and admins.
The summary row at the top shows total members, active members, admins, and pending invitations at a glance.
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept. Until they accept, they appear in the Invitations tab with a Pending status. You can resend the invitation from that tab if the email was missed.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Can delete the account, manage billing, and manage all members. Only one owner per account. |
| Admin | Can invite and remove members, change roles, manage projects and widgets. Cannot access billing or delete the account. |
| Member | Can view feedback, analytics, and widget settings. Cannot invite others or change roles. |
To change a member's role, click the three-dot menu on their row in the Members tab and select Change Role. A confirmation dialog will appear — confirm to apply the change immediately.
You cannot change the role of the account owner, and you cannot demote yourself if you are the only admin.
Suspending a member blocks their access without removing them from the account. Their data and activity history are preserved. Use this for temporary access revocation — e.g. when a contractor's engagement ends but you may re-engage them later.
To suspend: click the three-dot menu on the member's row → Suspend. To restore access: click Unsuspend from the same menu.
Removing a member permanently revokes their access. If they own any projects, you'll be prompted to transfer those projects to another active member before the removal completes.
The Activity tab shows a chronological log of all team actions — invitations sent, roles changed, members removed, and more. Each entry shows the actor, the action, and the timestamp. Use this for audit purposes or to understand who made a change.
